The New Civilization Catechism

Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarus (they were part of the Soviet Civilization and after its demise did not join any civilization). And Israel – religiously it is a separate civilization, but it is too small in terms of territory and population to be called one.

I would say that Ukraine and Israel are loosely associated with Western Civilization; Belarus with the Russian one and Kazakhstan with the Muslim Civilization… although it is a rather complex case.

Yes, there is. The Western Civilization currently has overwhelming economic, military, social, technological, political and ideological superiority. No other civilization comes even close – so the Western Civilization is, indeed, the overwhelmingly dominant one.

The Western Civilization is (and has been for many centuries) the dominant civilization – and since at least late 19th century essentially the foundation of the whole human civilization.

Liberalism is the foundation of the Western Civilization and thus (whether one admits it or not) of the whole human civilization. Consequently, the “Old Civilization” is, indeed, essentially the Liberal Civilization.

In reality, humans do not want (or even need) democracy per se. They want the system of government that will make them genuinely happy. More specifically, the system that will (in the most efficient way) either directly satisfy – or help them satisfy their genuine aggregate needs – financial, functional, emotional and spiritual. And whether it is democracy or dictatorship – they do not care.

Few realize – or want to admit – that the happiest nation on Earth were Germans… in 1938. And that Adolf Hitler and the Nazi regime were supported – for a very good reason – by well over 90% of the population of Greater Germany.

The essence of the New Civilization is happiness. At the creation stage (Stage I) the New Civilization is happiness-focused civilization; at operational stage (Stage II), the New Civilization is simply a genuinely happy civilization.

The genuinely happy civilization is the one that makes its citizens (individuals, organizations and geographical entities – from cities and villages to countries) genuinely happy.

In more practical terms, the genuinely happy civilization either directly satisfies – or helps them satisfy their genuine aggregate needs – financial, functional, emotional and spiritual.

The genuinely happy organization is the one that makes its stakeholders (owners, managers, employees, clients/customers, suppliers, etc.) genuinely happy.

In more practical terms, the genuinely happy civilization either directly satisfies – or helps them satisfy their genuine aggregate needs – financial, functional, emotional and spiritual.

Genuine happiness is in creation, not consumption; consequently, the genuinely happy organization is the one that creates (generates) the maximum possible amount of aggregate value - financial, functional, emotional and spiritual – for its stakeholders (both internal and external).

Social Singularity Event (SSE) is a social event that radically changes the whole world (radically alters the reality). The most radical SSE was crucifixion and subsequent resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ.

Notable examples of SSE include discovery if the New World by Columbus, French and American revolutions, invention of the printing press, etc.

The Singularity Day is the Social Singularity Event that happens in one day. Notable examples include Sarajevo assassination; Russian revolution; Molotov-Ribbentrop pact; detonation of the first nuclear bomb, etc.
