To be genuinely happy, one must be in perfect health. And awakened Kundalini delivers just that – it fixes all health problems of the human being in question and protects it from just about any threat.
In more general terms, genuine happiness is a certain state of mind, heart and soul of an individual. More specifically, one is genuinely happy when one’s invisible spiritual bodies – from ethereal to transcendental – are filled with the “critical mass” of Divine Energy… and that’s exactly what awakened Kundalini does.
It is also true that true, genuine happiness is not in consumption – it is in creation (we inherited the need to create from God Our Father in Heaven). More specifically, in creation (generation) of aggregate value – financial, functional, emotional and spiritual - for ourselves, other people and the world in general.
To be genuinely happy, one must generate the maximum possible amount of aggregate value (that’s exactly what is meant by living one’s life to the fullest) operating at one’s maximum value-generation performance… and that’s exactly what awakened Kundalini delivers.
Hence, the ultimate objective of Kundalini awakening is genuine happiness.

Kundalini Awakening Is Beneficial for Your Salvation
Not everyone would admit it, but everyone (consciously or unconsciously) is concerned about salvation in the afterlife. Salvation from eternal torment in Hell that is. And everyone - consciously or unconsciously – wants to be saved.
To be saved, one must (1) cleanse one’s soul from ‘spiritual toxins’ – results of sinful thoughts, words and action; and (2) fill your invisible, intangible, spiritual bodies with the ‘critical mass’ of Divine Energy. Critical for salvation that is.
Kundalini awakening does both - it cleanses your soul from ‘spiritual toxins’ and fills your invisible, intangible, spiritual bodies with the ‘critical mass’ of Divine Energy. Thus, Kundalini awakening is, indeed, highly beneficial for your salvation in the afterlife.

Black Sun Is Just the Source of Divine Energy
Just about everybody confuses the Black Sun with the symbol (Sun Wheel – Sonnenrad in German) on the floor of the Obergruppenführersaal (SS-Generals’ Hall) in Wewelsburg castle in Germany.
In reality, Sonnenrad (it is not even black, but dark green in color) is an ancient magical symbol discovered by Karl Maria Wiligut, appropriated by SS-Reichsfuhrer Heinrich Himmler and used for unknown purpose.
In the late XX century, the Black Sun symbol became widely used by neo-fascists, neo-Nazis, the far-right and white nationalists. The symbol often appears on extremist flags, t-shirts, posters, and websites and in extremist publications associated with such groups.
Fortunately, not everyone (for all practical purposes) equates Sonnenrad with Nazi Swastika. The Anti-Defamation League (of all organizations) stated that though the symbol is popular with white supremacists, imagery resembling the black sun features in many cultures, and should be analyzed in the context it appears, and not necessarily interpreted as a sign of white supremacy or racism.
Actually, Sonnenrad is used by some modern neo-pagan groups as an esoteric symbol. And even as a politically neutral, purely aesthetic symbol incorrectly believed to have origins in ancient Scandinavian or Slavic cultures (in reality, it is ancient German and Celtic symbol).
The name "Black Sun" came into wider use after the publication of a 1991 occult thriller novel, Die Schwarze Sonne von Tashi Lhunpo (The Black Sun of Tashi Lhunpo), by the pseudonymous author Russell McCloud.
The book links the Wewelsburg mosaic with the neo-Nazi concept of the "Black Sun" (which has nothing to do with real Black Sun), invented by former SS officer Wilhelm Landig as a substitute for the Nazi swastika and a symbol for a mystic energy source that was supposed to renew the Aryan race.
The real Black Sun (which should be more properly called Dark Sun or Invisible Sun) is an invisible, intangible, spiritual object which is the source – conduit, to be more precise – of Divine Energy. Its original symbol has nothing to do with Sonnenrad – it is (no surprise here) a black disk.
The Black Sun is extremely important for Kundalini awakening as is provides Divine Energy (via its connection to Crown Chakra and through the system of chakras) in the amount necessary to initiate the awakening of Kundalini.

Kundalini in 100 Facts. Conclusions
Awakening Kundalini is a high-return, high-sacrifice endeavor (which makes complete sense). So high-sacrifice, in fact, that very, very, very few individuals will ever even attempt it – let alone achieve Kundalini awakening.
Results of this endeavor are genuinely supernatural: perfect health, superhuman productivity… and possibly even eternal life “freezing” your biological age at forty or even thirty (yes, biological age of a human can be regressed).
However (it would not be fair otherwise) sacrifices are equally superhuman. For starters, you can not pursue Kundalini awakening as an end in itself: you must (1) choose a Supergoal; and (2) need to awaken your Kundalini to achieve it.
Only then you will receive permission from the Higher Power (i.e., God) to awaken your Kundalini (which makes sense, because awakened Kundalini can become a very, very destructive force). Without this permission your endeavor is an exercise in futility – no matter how hard you try.
You must be willing and able to work patiently and tirelessly towards your objective for many years - your journey might last for twenty years or even more before you reach your goal. All that time you must live essentially a monastic lifestyle (you will have to stay celibate for starters).
If you are a Westerner or otherwise raised in Christian culture, you will have to join the Holy Roman Catholic Church and remain a good enough Catholic – whatever it means in your particular situation. Otherwise, you will simply not get the energies you’ll need for Kundalini awakening – or permission from God to do it, for that matter.
You will have to learn and practice meditations, mudras, mantras, Tai-chi, Qigong, martial arts, pranayama; stick to a regular fitness schedule and to a healthy diet (including the spiritual one); optimize your weight, your stuff (things that you own), your relationships – offline and online; properly structure your living and office space and do many other things necessary for awakening your Kundalini.
Oh, and you will have to all but completely cleanse your heart, mind and soul from all deadly sins (in this case, deadly to the chances of awakening your Kundalini). Pride, greed, sloth, gluttony, lust, envy, wrath and fear.
Is the supernatural return worth the superhuman sacrifice? It is your life – so it is your decision. Yours and only yours.
