Kundalini in 100 Facts

Я подумал... и решил всё же начать выкладывать здесь свою новую книгу. Ибо есть у меня уверенность, что то, что помогло мне (спасти жизнь, рассудок и здоровье... и многого добиться) может помочь и другим (надеюсь, что потребуется лишь последнее... хотя, увы, в жизни случается всякое). Ибо, в отличие от подавляющего большинства книг на эту тему, данная книга содержит только то, что точно работает - а не то, что я где-то прочитал или услышал.

Сразу предупреждаю, что у меня нет возможности вести дискуссии по этой теме, поэтому на комментарии я ответить не смогу. Мне приходилось заниматься коучингом - в том числе, и на такие темы - но сейчас для меня это просто невозможно (по ряду причин).

This book is based on over 35 years of my experience in using various spiritual practices (including Kundalini). Mostly for medical purposes – as both “mainstream” and “alternative” medicine gave up on me (I have five “death sentences” from five doctors – three “mainstream” and two “alternative” in Europe, USA and Canada) – I needed to find a way to stay alive, sane and in sufficiently good health to achieve my (quite ambitious) objectives in life.

And I did find it.

I wrote this book for myself and for the others, following Lord’s command to love my neighbor. For a number of reasons, I need to achieve a full awakening of Kundalini (previously I worked with Her – Kundalini is traditionally considered feminine, although, obviously, it has no gender – being half asleep… maybe more than half).

To facilitate full awakening of Kundalini, I needed to write a detailed “Kundalini awakening guide for myself” and – as I could not find a book that is even remotely close to what I needed, I had to write it myself. No surprise here – most (if not an overwhelming majority) of writers write the books that they needed (or wanted) to read, but could not find – and I am no exception.

I have no doubt that there are human beings out there both willing and able to achieve a full awakening of Kundalini inside them (more specifically, inside their invisible, intangible, spiritual bodies). I also have no doubt that they will find this book highly valuable (although they will have to find their own ways of awakening Kundalini as everyone’s path is unique).

And so, I wrote “Kundalini in 100 Facts”.

I am perfectly qualified to write this book because everything that this book contains works – I proved it beyond the reasonable doubt by using it to save my life and sanity and to stay sufficiently healthy to achieve… a lot.

Readers worldwide years ago got accustomed to reading blog posts and social media posts with each post being no more than 2500 words long (Telegram reduced it to 800) and telling a complete story (“fact”).

Hence, I simply had to follow this format – that I do in all other “… in 100 Facts” books. However, this time my narrative is linear – you will not be able to start reading the book pretty much anywhere and still obtain valuable knowledge. You have to read it cover to cover – from the beginning to the end.

Kundalini (in Sanskrit it means 'coiled snake') is an immensely powerful internal spiritual energy of a human being located at the base of the spine, in the Muladhara – root chakra. It is usually portrayed as a serpent coiled upon itself three- and one-half times… however, in reality it is invisible and thus has no form.

Traditionally, it is considered a form of feminine energy; however, in reality it does not have gender either (like any energy, it has both feminine and masculine qualities and components).

Obviously, there is no scientific evidence that Kundalini exists exists (no surprise here – modern materialistic science no tools for discovering and measuring anything in the spiritual world); however, my personal experience – and plenty of anecdotal evidence – proves beyond the reasonable doubt that it very much does. And that it does work very well.

… but not nearly as powerful as many (if not the overwhelming majority) of “gurus” claim. Contrary to the claims, Kundalini awakening will not transform you into a superhuman being.

In fact, Kundalini awakening will “only” give you a perfect health (physical and mental) and make the gifts/talents that you already have radically more powerful. In other words, if you are already a gifted writer, artist, musician, etc., Kundalini awakening will transform you into a genius. But if you do not have such gifts, Kundalini awakening will not give you any.

If you already have mystical (psychic, paranormal, supernatural) or magical (mysticism and magick are very different) capabilities, Kundalini awakening will make them (and thus you) radically more powerful.

However, if you do not have such gifts (mystics and magicians are born, not made – it is nature, not nurture; hardware, not software), Kundalini awakening will not give you any (like any other gifts/talents).

To survive physically (let alone live life to the fullest), human being needs a certain amount of spiritual energy – life force. Chinese call this energy chi (or qi); Indians call it prana.

More specifically, this is the ordinary form of life force that a human being needs to live a “normal”, “ordinary” life. To obtain perfect health (physical and mental), and raise one’s gifts to a genius level, one needs the extraordinary form of life force. Which is Kundalini.

By definition, magic (magick) refers to using external (to the human being) supernatural forces (impersonal or personified as spiritual entities – spirits, demons, etc.) to obtain visible, tangible results in our physical world.

Kundalini awakening is activation of internal spiritual force of a human being (whether supernatural or not – is still hotly debated) to achieve the inner transformation of an individual in question. Which – simply by definition – is not magick at all.

Hence, Kundalini work can be practiced even my those whose religion – or personal beliefs/principles – forbid practicing magick.

True, Kundalini was discovered – and incorporated into their religion – by followers of Hinduism. However, Kundalini is real – and as religiously neutral as any material object (sun, moon, mountain, forest, etc.). Or invisible objects (e.g., radio waves) for example.

Hence, working with Kundalini (which mostly is a form of meditation no different from any other) is definitely NOT a religious practice. Thus, theoretically anyone can achieve Kundalini awakening… however, the reality is a bit different (more on that a little bit later).
