You Must Optimize Your “Stuff”

Post by RolandVT »

It is a well-established fact that excessive “stuff” (things that you may want but actually do not need) pumps Divine Energy (life force) out of a human being. In modern esoteric terms, such “things” are “energy vampires” – and you can not afford that in your Kundalini project (hence the need for vow of frugality).

Consequently, you must do a thorough inventory of ALL your possessions (all things/objects that you own). For each one, ask yourself: Do I really need it? Does it have any value for me and my Kundalini awakening project - or will I be better off without it… maybe, even much better?

Then sell or (much better) give away all unneeded possessions (the latter is very good for your karma and thus to your Kundalini awakening, so it is undoubtedly worth it). Don’t worry about losing money – it will come back to you multiplied manifold (karma works).

Keep only those that you genuinely need. And buy only those things that are of financial, functional, emotional and/or spiritual value to you and your project. Real – not imaginary – value.

You Must Optimize Your Activities

Post by RolandVT »

The #1 reason why just about everyone operates at 10% of his/her maximum possible performance (if that) is that they waste a lot of their time (often most of their time) on activities that bring no value to them.

In other words, doing unnecessary (and often even harmful) stuff. Your Kundalini awakening project is so demanding that you simply can not afford that. Consequently, you absolutely have to optimize all your activities.

Do an inventory of ALL your activities (what you do daily, weekly, etc.). For each activity, ask yourself: Do I really need it? Does it have any value for me - financial, functional, emotional and/or spiritual - or will I be better off not doing it?

Then terminate ALL activities that do not generate value for you or your stakeholders – and thus do not generate Divine Energy for you. And start doing only what does.

You Must Optimize Your Relationships

Post by RolandVT »

Humans – much, much more so than objects – can be either sources (donors) of Divine Grace and outer ordinary chi (life force) … or the “energy vampires” (or, worse, a dirty, toxic “black hole”). Your Kundalini awakening project is VERY energy intensive; consequently, you can not afford the latter.

Hence, you MUST do a thorough inventory of ALL your relationships: online and offline; with individuals, groups and organizations. For each one – online and offline - ask yourself:

Do I really need it? Does it have any value for me or will I be better off without it? Then ruthlessly terminate all unneeded (especially unhealthy) relationships. And avoid these in the future like a plague that they are.

This is also a vitally important project for you because every individual, groups and organization are either an (often a powerful) source of energy … or a “black hole”.

To awaken your Kundalini, you must accumulate a critical mass of Divine Energy – and to make it happen, you must surround yourself with sources of this energy – and eliminate from your environment both the “black holes” and generators of dirty, toxic “dark” energies. Unfortunately, many individuals, groups and organizations are, indeed, dirty and toxic black holes that must be avoided.

Relationships that you can not terminate (with God, parents, children, etc.), you must – and can - fix. In other words, you must and can make them ultimately genuinely happy. It will take a lot of time and effort – you might need to read relevant books, get some coaching and even counseling – but it can be done.

Everything is possible if you have sufficient desire, determination, discipline, dare, faith in yourself and in your eventual success and victory. And a bit of guidance from competent professionals.

Where's the Will, there's the Way. Whatever your mind conceived and believes, you can achieve. Where's the problem, there's the solution - and solution to any problem is in the problem in question. And ultimately all problems and obstacles are inside you - not outside.

You do not have to get divorced if you are legally married (legally is the key word). Obviously, I am talking only about heterosexual marriages – homosexuals will not get permission from God to awaken Kundalini… and it is not possible anyway. It is not possible because homosexuality is too much a deviation from the norm – and Kundalini awakening is possible only within the boundaries of the norm.

You and your spouse (if you are legally married, of course) have one common spiritual body (when a man and a woman get legally married, their spiritual bodies merge). However, both must pursue Kundalini awakening – in this case sexual relationship is a blessing, not a distraction.

If you are not legally married – just living together (“living in sin”, according to Catholic definition), you have to either get legally married – or terminate your relationship. Otherwise, Kundalini awakening simply will not happen.

You Must Structure Your Space in Optimal Way

Post by RolandVT »

To maximize the efficiency of your Kundalini awakening project – and you really need that – you must fill your space (both at home and at work) with the maximum possible amount of Divine Energy. Which means that not only you have to have only those objects that you really need but that they must be structured in the optimal way from Divine Energy perspective.

Just as there is no alternative to Qigong and Tai Chi in managing your ordinary inner chi (Pranayama complements, not replaces, these practices), there is no alternative to Feng Shui in managing ordinary outer chi in your immediate environment at home and at work.

Feng shui - sometimes incorrectly called Chinese geomancy (the latter is a distinct tradition from the former), uses energy forces (inner and outer chi in its ordinary form) to harmonize individuals with their surrounding environment.

Feng shui allows to manage the flow and direction of chi based on aesthetics, location, and position of buildings, rooms and objects inside these premises. Not surprisingly, there is Indian equivalent of Feng Shui - Vastu shastra.

However, it has the same problem as yoga – it is an integral part of Hinduism and thus is overloaded with religious baggage. Hence, I recommend Feng Shui – although its roots are in traditional Chinese ancestor worship, it is currently based (just like Qigong and Tai Chi) on Taoist and Confucian philosophy and thus is religiously neutral.

While you can learn the basics of Feng Shui from books and videos, it is strongly recommended to take classes from a reputable teacher – and possibly even higher a consultant.

You Must Distance Yourself from The World

Post by RolandVT »

Unfortunately, the world at large is “net negative” in terms of Divine Energy – both Divine Grace and outer ordinary chi. To put it bluntly, our world is one giant dirty toxic “black hole” in terms of life force.

Nothing new here – the world has been like that for millennia and so monks and nuns did exactly what you have to do to maximize the efficiency of your Kundalini awakening project… actually to make it feasible at all.

Turn off the TV – and never turn it on again (ditto for all sorts of radio). Get off all social networks – visit only those Web sites that are “net positive” in terms of Divine Energy. Communicate only in messengers (Telegram appears to be your best bet). Watch only movies that are “net positive” – ditto for the music.

These days, it is easy to freelance – and that’s exactly what you must do as any office is way too much a “black hole” in terms of energy. Read the news only once a week – these are also very bad in terms of their energies.

You Must Commit a Random Act of Kindness Every Day

Post by RolandVT »

Karma yoga ("yoga of action") is one of the three classical spiritual paths in Hinduism – two others being Jnana yoga (path of knowledge) and Bhakti yoga (path of loving devotion to a personal god). Karma yoga is also an important practice in Hinduist endeavor of Kundalini awakening.

You do not have to “follow the letter” of Karma yoga (let alone convert to Hinduism) to awaken your Kundalini; however, you most definitely must follow the spirit of Karma yoga – the spirit (and path) of unselfish action.

In practical terms, it means that you must commit (online or offline) at least one random act of kindness every day to a complete stranger. If you can provide a financial gift, fine (as long as it is given directly and not to a charitable organization); however, it is much more important to donate your time and effort doing something for a complete stranger.

The more such acts of kindness your commit every day, the better: every such act is a powerful injection of Divine Grace (outer chi) into your spiritual bodies. Which is very, very beneficial for your Kundalini awakening project.

You Must Acquire the Necessary Knowledge and Skills

Some knowledge (e.g., on human anatomy, spiritual bodies, chakras, etc.) can be obtained from books and videos; however, other knowledge (and skills) will require training by reputable teachers – e.g., Qigong, Tai Chi, Feng Shui, etc.

You Must Create and Recite Key Affirmations

Post by RolandVT »

To successfully execute your Kundalini awakening project, you must stay motivated (driven) at all times. You also must utilize to the fullest not only your rational mind, but your subconscious and superconscious mind as well.

Your superconscious mind is your “communication channel” with God. You communicate with the Almighty via prayer and meditation (using “spiritual CB radio”) and by observing and following the signs provided by Him.

Your subconscious mind is quite a bit more difficult to use; in fact, it must be programmed by your rational mind to assist you (to the maximum extent possible) in your Kundalini awakening project.

The best motivation and programming tool is – no surprise here – affirmations. By definition, an affirmation is a statement that describes the desired situation (called TO BE in reengineering). For example, successfully completed Kundalini awakening project.

To facilitate constant motivation (drive) and efficient programming of your subconscious mind, you must create your own affirmations based on the ones provided in this book – and recite them to yourself at least once every day.

You Must Develop and Stick to a Healthy Diet

Post by RolandVT »

Food can be either a life force or a poison – in both physical terms and in terms of energy chi (prana). Consequently, one of your first steps on your path to Kundalini awakening must be a visit to a competent dietician. Who will design a customized optimal diet for you. The diet that you must diligently follow, revising and adapting when necessary.

You Must Stick to a Regular Fitness Schedule

Post by RolandVT »

Contrary to what the “mainstream health science claim”, “classic” fitness (gym, swimming pool, aerobics, etc.) and Oriental health practices (Tai-chi, Qigong, yoga, etc.) do not contradict each other – they complement each other.

Hence, one of your first visits must be to a fitness consultant who will design an optimal customized fitness program for you – and provide you with the optimal “classic” fitness instructor. Who will develop the optimal regular fitness schedule for you (“classic” fitness, to be more precise).
