You Will Have to Practice Martial Arts

Post by RolandVT »

To awaken one’s Kundalini (which is but the extraordinary form of chi/prana – the life force), one has to learn to manage one’s ordinary form of chi. I recommend Chinese practices – Qigong and Tai Chi – over the Indian yoga.

Because the latter (contrary to claims of just about every guru in the West) is an integral part of Hinduism and thus carries a totally unnecessary (and even detrimental for anyone who is not the follower of Hinduism) religious baggage.

Qigong and Tai Chi are religiously neutral because their roots are not in religion, but in Chinese philosophy, particularly in Taoist and Confucian thought. Thus, they carry no religious baggage whatsoever.

One typically starts with Qigong (you can learn it from books and videos while Tai Chi must be learned under guidance of a qualified teacher); however, Tai Chi is a must – so at some point in your journey to Kundalini awakening you must begin learning this highly beneficial practice – even without Kundalini work.

However, Tai Chi by itself is still not enough – because it is just one component of an indivisible whole. Tai Chi is only the internal practice (working with your inner life force).

To get the most out of Tai Chi (you will need it to safely awaken your Kundalini), you must learn and practice the external component as well. Which is martial arts. Your best bet is kung fu which is the closest to Tai Chi; however, even the Japanese karate will do.

You Must Make a Firm Commitment to Kundalini Awakening

Post by RolandVT »

The only way to achieve anything significant is to (a) make a firm commitment to it and (b) focus on it one hundred percent. Kundalini awakening is no exception (actually, it is a perfect example as this project is highly complex and will take a lot of time, energy and effort). If you want to activate your Kundalini, you absolutely MUST make a total commitment to this project, focus on it and make it your #1 priority.

You Must Make Kundalini Awakening Your #1 Priority

Post by RolandVT »

In practical terms it means that at any time – and at all times – your Kundalini work comes first. Everything else is but the tool for achieving this all-important objective. All your daily priorities, activities, decisions and actions must be based on this fundamental principle.

You Must Take Three Fundamental Vows

Post by RolandVT »

To avoid deadly destructions (deadly to your Kundalini awakening that is) you must take three fundamental vows – not that much different from monastic vows. No surprise here – the lifestyle of those who commit to awakening their Kundalini is very similar to the one of Christian, Buddhist or Taoist monk.

Three vows are vows of frugality, celibacy and humility. Frugality means that you must consume (and possess) only those… things (and services) that you really need. In other words, only those that satisfy your absolutely vital needs (your genuine needs, not wants/desires) – financial, functional, emotional and spiritual. It is not exactly poverty… but close.

It also means that you can not go after money; in other words, you can not start, own or manage a business. Actually, money can never be an objective – only a side effect – in all your activities or endeavors. It might be a very serious side effect – for example, if you are a bestselling author (in this case being rich is OK).

Celibacy means that you can not have sex until awakening of your Kundalini – if you are not legally married (legally is absolutely vital). If you are, it is a different story (more on that later).

Humility means that you can not occupy the position of administrative power – only a rank-and-file employee. In any organization – even in non-profit.

Getting Explicit Permission from God

Post by RolandVT »

Kundalini is so immensely powerful that, when awakened, provides the individual (the “awakened one”) with enormous power. Which can be quite destructive – especially given the fundamentally sinful nature of every human being. Hence, one can awaken one’s Kundalini (and even seriously embark on this project) only after receiving explicit permission from God.

If you are a follower of Hinduism, you must receive permission from your guru… however, if you are, you won’t be reading this book in the first place. The actual process of receiving this permission is straightforward: you ask for permission in humble prayer – and receive permission (if your heart and soul are pure, this permission will be granted) in no less humble meditation.

Obviously, to receive this permission, you must belong to a monotheistic religion – Christianity, Islam or Judaism. Buddhists and Taoists are special cases… but they would not read this book either (their mentality is just too different – as is the mentality of the follower of Hinduism).

If you do not, you must (no less obviously) convert to Catholicism? Why Catholicism? Because to awaken your Kundalini, you need access to the maximum possible amount of Divine Grace – and the Holy Roman Catholic Church is the most powerful source (channel) of Divine Grace by far.

You Must Develop Unwavering Faith and Optimism

Post by RolandVT »

It is an undeniable fact that faith can move mountains… and the lack of one can make even the easiest job impossible. Hence, you must develop – and maintain at all times - unwavering faith and optimism.

Which have solid foundation – after God gave you His permission to awaken your Kundalini, He will help you achieve that objective… as long as you are firmly committed to this project.

Still, you need to cultivate faith and optimism. Your primarily tool (no surprise here) are your affirmations that you must recite at least once every day – and as many times as you need.

In addition, you must look for an opportunity for making one more step to Kundalini awakening in everything that happens (or does not happen) in your workplace and personal life. The opportunity is ALWAYS there; you just need to find and pursue it.

You Must Learn to Identify and Follow the Signs

Post by RolandVT »

There are “five Ds” of success in any endeavor – and your Kundalini awakening project is no exception, of course. Desire, Determination, Discipline, Dare and Divine guidance. You also will need Faith… but I already covered that.

After God gave you His permission to awaken your Kundalini, He will help you achieve that objective… as long as you are firmly committed to this project. His primary tools for helping you are the signs.

You must learn to see in everything that happens to you – or in your environment (or does not happen) instructions from God to do – or not to do – something that will allow you to make another significant step on your road to Kundalini awakening. It will take some time to learn, but ultimately, you’ll figure it out.

You Must Get Rid of All Deadly Sins

Post by RolandVT »

Impurity of one’s soul is probably the #1 reason why Kundalini awakening project fails. Hence, in order to facilitate awakening of your Kundalini, you must purify (cleanse) your soul of eight deadly sins.

There is only one way to do it. Put together a comprehensive list of all your transgressions (sinful words and actions) – tangible manifestations of eight deadly sins: pride, greed, lust, gluttony, wrath, envy, sloth and fear. Confess your transgressions to a priest, receive absolution and do assigned penance (you will be absolved of your sins only after your penance is complete).

Although some priests do this “spiritual cleansing” for those who are not members of their church, this practice is against the rules of every religious denomination. Hence, in order to cleanse your soul from deadly sins you MUST join one of the Christian denominations that offer the sacrament of Confession. Your best bet is to convert to Catholicism.

Why Catholicism? Because to awaken your Kundalini, you need access to the maximum possible amount of Divine Grace – and the Holy Roman Catholic Church is the most powerful source (channel) of Divine Grace by far.

To keep your soul clean. You must take firm control over all your words, decisions, actions… ideally, even your thoughts. It might seem impossible – but you can do it with sufficient desire, determination, discipline, dare, faith, will power and guidance from competent coaches and psychologists (and priests).

Actually, it is always a good idea to be in full control – rather than allowing the other people – or the world at large – control you. Regardless of whether your pursue awakening of your Kundalini – or not.

After you establish the full control, make any decision, do or say anything only after making sure that your decision, words or action are driven by noble motives – not any of the eight deadly sins.

You Must Plan Your Work – and Work Your Plan

Post by RolandVT »

If you fail to plan – you plan to fail; this is undoubtedly true for any project – especially for such complex, time-consuming and demanding as awakening your Kundalini.

Hence, you must develop a comprehensive system of plans for achieving your objective (awakening your Kundalini). From a general plan – most likely, a ten-year plan – to daily plans. Of course, you will have to adjust your plans frequently – but not abandon them.

You Must Make Tangible Progress Every Day

Post by RolandVT »

To stay sufficiently motivated at all times (you will need that), you must put together a library of motivational books, quotes, videos, audio, posters, quotes, blog posts, articles, infographics, etc. – and use it on a daily basis. Develop a comprehensive set of personalized affirmations (based on the ones in this book) and recite them as often as you need to maintain your drive.

However, the best motivator is success so make sure that you achieve something tangible every day on your road to awakening Kundalini.
