Kundalini Awakening Is Mostly Sought by Mystics
Kundalini is not magic; therefore, you do not have to have to be a magician (these are born, not made) to do Kundalini awakening. However, the latter demands so much from those who attempt it that in reality very few ever seriously attempt it (more on that later).
In reality, Kundalini awakening is pursued either by those who have an incurable terminal disease (incurable by both “mainstream” and “alternative” medicine) … or by mystics (not necessarily by followers of Hinduism) who seek to maximize their mystical powers – and to be the best they possibly be as mystics (get as close as possible to the Divine).
Kundalini is religiously neutral; consequently, although most of these mystics are (not surprisingly) followers of Hinduism, it is practiced by Christian, Muslim and Jewish mystics as well. And by Buddhist and Taoist mystics… albeit these cases are quite a bit more complicated (more on that later).

Kundalini Complements Divine Grace
Contrary to claims by some fundamentalist Christians, Kundalini is not hostile to Divine Grace – it complements the latter. It complements Divine Grace in exactly the same manner as three “lowest” colors of rainbow (red, orange and yellow) complement three “highest” – green, blue and purple.
It is an accurate analogy because both Kundalini and Divine Grace are components of one Grand Life Force that feeds spiritual bodies (“heart and soul”) of a human being – all six of them.
Kundalini feeds three lower bodies and Divine Grace feeds three higher bodies with some overlap (no surprise here). Hence, these two spiritual energies, indeed, complement (supplement) each other.

Kundalini Awakening Is the Easiest for Catholics
Although Kundalini was discovered (and incorporated into their religion) by followers of Hinduism, Kundalini awakening is the easiest for… Catholics. Yes, you read it right - for those who belong to the Holy Roman Catholic Church.
For a very simple reason – you need to spend a lot of spiritual energy to awaken your Kundalini. Divine Grace is by far the most powerful spiritual energy there is – and the Catholic Church is by far the most powerful channel (conduit) of this Divine Energy.
However, to use this advantage to the fullest, one has to be a good enough Catholic (in this case, good enough for making Kundalini awakening as easy as possible).
Which means that you have to attend Mass every Sunday and on the Holy Days of Obligation, take Holy Communion, confess your sins and receive forgiveness on a regular basis, read Holy Bible daily, do charitable work and fulfil all other requirements of the Holy Roman Catholic Church.

Kundalini Should NOT Be Your First Spiritual Practice
Kundalini is immensely powerful spiritual energy – and thus the most dangerous (in Hinduism, it is associated with Kali – the goddess of destruction – for a reason). Hence, before you attempt to awaken (activate) your Kundalini, you must accumulate several years’ experience working with other – ordinary and thus much less powerful– form of chi/prana (Kundalini is the extraordinary form).
I strongly recommend Chinese practices – Qigong and Tai Chi – rather than Indian yoga for two primary reasons. First, these two are religiously neutral – and thus can be safely practiced by anyone (regardless of one’s faith) while yoga is in reality an integral part of Hinduism and is thus overloaded with religious baggage. And thus, is spiritually unsafe to practice.
The second reason is much more trivial – Chinese practices are just much easier to learn and practice. You need to practice these for at least five years (and possibly as much as ten) before you embark on your Kundalini awakening project.

Adolf Hitler Underwent Kundalini Awakening in 1919
It is an undeniable fact that Adolf Hitler underwent a radical transformation sometime in the summer of 1919. A nobody, a mediocrity, a loser suddenly (and seemingly inexplicably) was transformed into one of the most gifted and successful political entrepreneurs in modern times.
There is little (if any doubt) that this radical (to put it mildly) transformation was the result of Kundalini awakening. Which gives you some idea of the colossal, immense, enormous power of the awakened Kundalini.
However, this was a very special case: Kundalini was awakened externally – by the magicians of the Thule Society (most likely, of the Black Sun Society) and was done in matter of hours, not years (as in “normal” Kundalini activation).
Unfortunately for him (not necessarily for humankind), Hitler turned out to be an ungrateful asshole (pardon my French). Two years after his Transformation, he severed all ties with Thule Society – and ignored all advice on taking good care of his physical and mental health.
Not surprisingly, he lost the war – and by spring of 1945 he was a total wreck (in both departments) with life expectancy in months at most (if not weeks). Hence, his suicide did not change much for him.
Transformation of Heinrich Himmler (sometime in 1927), was also quite spectacular – albeit not as radical as the one of Hitler. Consequently, whether SS Reichsfuhrer had his Kundalini awakened externally, is still an open question.

You Do NOT Need Kundalini Yoga to Awaken Kundalini
Not surprisingly, followers of Hinduism developed Kundalini yoga - a spiritual practice that combines various techniques such as breathing exercises, meditation, and physical movements to awaken the Kundalini inside its practitioner.
However, you do not need to learn Kundalini yoga (or any other tool offered by Hinduism for that matter) to awaken (activate) your Kundalini. A Kundalini-focused standard meditation (if done properly) is sufficient.
The catch is that it takes years (5-7 years typically) to learn to meditate properly – properly enough to awaken/activate Kundalini.

You Need to Use Mudras to Awaken Your Kundalini
A mudra is a ritual gesture. While some mudras involve the entire body, most are performed with the hands and fingers (mostly fingers). In any meditation (especially in the one focused on Kundalini awakening) mudras are amplifiers of spiritual energy.
As you need to spend a lot of spiritual energy to awaken your Kundalini, you absolutely MUST use the appropriate mudras (you can find these in any book on the latter) in your Kundalini awakening meditation.

You Need to Use Mantras to Awaken Your Kundalini
A mantra is a sacred sound, a syllable, word or phrase that has psychological, emotional (yes, use of mantras is not limited to religious practices), magical or spiritual powers. In any meditation (especially in the one focused on Kundalini awakening) mantras, like mudras, are amplifiers of spiritual energy.
As you need to spend a lot of spiritual energy to awaken your Kundalini, you absolutely MUST use the appropriate mantra (typically just one) in your Kundalini awakening meditation.
Kundalini yoga (and Hinduism in general) offer a number of mantras in Sanskrit (obviously); however, you do need to use any of these. Although Kundalini is NOT a spiritual entity but an energy (proverbial coiled snake is just a convenient visualization of the latter), it does understand (and obey) commands issued in plain English – or in any other language for that matter.
Hence, it is sufficient to use a very simple (and very direct) mantra: Wake up! Use it until Kundalini wakes up, obviously.

Kundalini Awakening is NOT Instantaneous
Contrary to what just about every “Kundalini guru” claims (a lot of their claims are not true), Kundalini awakening is not instantaneous, but gradual. Which makes complete sense – Kundalini energy is so powerful and causes such a radical transformation in a human being that if it happens in a very short time (let alone instantly), it will inevitably drive the individual insane – and/or destroy his/her physical body (thus killing the person in question).
Consequently, in reality Kundalini awakening (and thus the transformation) is a gradual process that happens over weeks, months or even years. The only known exception was Adolf Hitler – but his awakening was external, so it was a different story entirely.

You Have to Spend Years to Awaken Your Kundalini
Unless you face immediate danger from incurable terminal disease (recognized as such by both “mainstream” and “alternative” medicine), it will normally take ten or more years to awaken your Kundalini. At least five years of Tai Chi and Qigong – and at least five years of Kundalini meditations.
