Looks like the work of artist Władysław Siwek.
Many of his works show the ruthless executions.
Many are censored as too graphic.

My apology, a little off subject.
Here in New York, as far as Florida and Texas too.
American males seem to have small 6cm penis size.
To assist their ego, our American males drive trucks with 5.7 liter V8 engines or bigger.
Females seem to not suffer from this issue.
Please see typical American male vehicle, driven alone, single passenger.
