There Might Be Some Truth Behind the Protocols of the Elders of Zion

Post by RolandVT »

Now we are getting into a serious conspiracy theory. Literally – because it deals with a conspiracy to take over the whole world, destroy human civilization as we know it and transform the world into a genuine Hell on Earth.

And yes, it was a Jewish conspiracy because the conspirators were (yes, they are no more) Jewish by blood. However, they were not mythical “Elders of Zion” … and they were as much enemies of the Jewish people as of any other nation.

This conspiracy was born thousands of years ago – after God made Jews their chosen people and thus provided them with enormous spiritual power in our world. And converted their chieftain – Abraham – to monotheism.

Biblical account in Genesis 22: 1-2 is straightforward:

“God called to him, “Abraham!” And Abraham said, “Here am I.” God said, “Take your son, your only-begotten son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering upon one of the mountains of which I shall tell you

To properly understand this passage and the whole story of “burnt offering” of Isaac (thankfully, it never took place), you must understand that the Old Testament is NOT a history textbook.

In reality, it is a book of historical (and religious) fiction based on true stories. In other words, a collection of fictionalized (often heavily fictionalized) true stories. Which means that in order to extract truth from these stories, you need to use scientific approach of history, psychology, theology, etc.

The sad truth is that at the time Abraham was a pagan. A polytheist who worshipped a whole pantheon of gods… including Baal (Moloch). One really horrible dogma of cult of Baal/Moloch was that at the time of crisis the chieftain of the tribe (in this case, Abraham) had to sacrifice his firstborn child (not necessarily male) to Moloch. By burning him alive (hence “burnt offering”).

Abraham was talking to a different god – Jehovah (the chief god of the tribe that he belonged to). Those days it was normal for such a god to command the chieftain of the tribe to perform a human sacrifice to a somewhat higher god (Baal/Moloch) … and for the chieftain to oblige. Hence, Abraham offered no resistance.

Abraham prepared the sacrifice according to “Baal/Moloch Rite” (Genesis 22: 9-10)

When they came to the place of which God had told him, Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar, upon the wood. Then Abraham put forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son

Author(s) of Old Testament for obvious reasons (not to inflict severe psychological trauma on women and children who would listen to public readings of Torah in the synagogues) deliberately softened the narrative. The “Baal/Moloch Rite” required the child to be burned alive during the ceremony of human sacrifice.

But then something very, very unexpected happened (Genesis 22: 11-13):

But the angel of the LORD called to him from heaven, and said, “Abraham, Abraham!” And Abraham said, “Here am I.” Angel said, “Do not lay your hand on the lad or do anything to him; for now, I know that you fear God, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only-begotten son, from Me.”

And Abraham lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, behind him was a ram, caught in a thicket by his horns; and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up as a burnt offering instead of his son

And that was the end of human sacrifice in Abraham’s tribe – which immediately made him and his tribe different from every nation in the land who continued to perform human sacrifice for centuries (until Romans and other progressors did away with this genuinely diabolical practice).

Then Jehovah (via His angel) made a solemn promise (Genesis 22:17-18)

I will indeed bless you, and I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore… and by your descendants shall all the nations of the earth bless themselves

In practice, it meant that the descendants of Abraham (i.e., Jews) will become a conduit of Divine Grace for the whole mankind – and thus genuine saviors of the latter (which makes anti-Semites very, very wrong). However, to make it happen, God had to make them ones – and take care of a genuinely existential problem.

The problem of the Church of Moloch.

On the surface, Old Testament is mostly the history of a millennia-long struggle (practically, a religious war) between Jewish monotheists (who worshipped Jehovah) and Jewish pagans – who worshipped a whole pantheon of gods.

Reality, however, was much worse – it was a religious war between monotheists and devil-worshippers; between those who worshipped God and those who (often unconsciously, but it did not matter) worshipped Devil.

After God converted Abraham to monotheism, the latter converted his whole tribe… or so it seemed. Because some of his tribesmen only pretended to convert to monotheism – in reality they continued to worship Baal. Moloch. The Devil.

And ultimately created the secret Church of Moloch (that’s the way I called it – I have no idea how it was called – it appears to be defunct for decades). Religious organization that became the curse of Jewish people for millennia.

Another sad truth is that blood libel – the antisemitic belief that Jews murder Christians (mostly Christian children) in order to use their blood in the performance of religious rituals is (hopefully, was) partially true.

It is a sad truth that a very, very small number of individuals of Jewish blood have been performing human sacrifice – murdering Christian children (rarely adults) for religious reasons.

However, they were not Jews by religion; they were not members of Jewish communities or the Jewish nation… in fact, they were the sworn, existential enemies of all of the above – as well as of the whole mankind.

They were the members of secret (underground) Church of Moloch that had been in existence for millennia – till mid-1940’s, most likely. It never had more than a few dozen members worldwide (a hundred or so at most) – and some of these members did perform human sacrifice for Baal. Moloch. The Devil.

But their ambitions went far, far further. They wanted to either convert Jews back to the cult of Baal/Moloch (in that they failed miserably, thank God) or highjack Jewish religion (the jury is still out on this one – although they most likely failed as well) to use God’s Chosen People for exactly the opposite purpose.

Take control of the whole world – and deliver it to their master the Devil. To transform our planet into a genuine Hell on Earth.

The only realistic motive for creating the infamous Protocols of the Elders of Zion – an obvious fake – was to inform the world about the existence of a group of individuals (Jewish by blood but hostile to the Jewish people and to the Jewish faith) hell-bent – literally – on taking over the whole world.

Pyotr Rachkovsky – head of Russian imperial foreign intelligence – somehow learned about their existence of their plans but did not have enough evidence to write an official report. Hence, he decided to use this… unconventional way to inform the world about this existential threat.

So, there might be some truth behind the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

Paul von Hindenburg Set the Holocaust in Motion

Post by RolandVT »

To implement such an enormous (and enormously murderous) project such as the Holocaust, it was necessary to establish a totalitarian dictatorship in Germany. To establish (and maintain) a dictatorship, a dictator was needed.

There was but one individual in Weimar republic capable of becoming one: Der Führer of NSDAP Adolf Hitler. However, after the disastrous (and ridiculous) Beer Hall Putsch he (wisely) vowed to gain absolute power only legally.

Which meant that he had to become Chancellor of Germany and use that power to transform Weimar Republic into a National-Socialist totalitarian dictatorship. Nazi Germany. Third Reich. Führerstaat.

In a peculiar constitutional and political environment of Weimar Republic, Hitler had two options to achieve that all-important objective: (1) obtain absolute majority in Reichstag – lower house of national parliament; or (2) be appointed Chancellor by President Paul Ludwig Hans Anton von Beneckendorff und von Hindenburg.

The first option turned out to be all but impossible: in free elections NSDAP never got even 40% of votes (their best result was just over 37% in July 1932). Even in last elections in Weimar republic in Marc 1933 – which were anything but free – NSDAP got just over 43% of the votes falling short of absolute majority (they got 45% of seats in Reichstag – not enough for absolute majority).

The second option initially looked not much better because President Hindenburg did not like Hitler much (to put it mildly) and was reluctant to make the latter Chancellor (ditto).

However, it appears that he had little choice – Germany was in the midst of a devastating Great Depression… and without a stable government. Chancellor Brüning who was head of the government from March 1930 to June 1932 did not have sufficient support from the Reichstag so he governed by emergency decrees issued by President Paul von Hindenburg, overriding the Reichstag where his policies were unpopular, to put it mildly).

Ditto for nation in general as his austerity measures brought little economic improvement – and a lot of hardship. In summer of 1932 Brüning was replaced by Franz von Papen who lasted only until December and was replaced by general Kurt von Schleicher who ran essentially a caretaker government.

It became (literally) painfully obvious that the system did not work so Franz von Papen and Alfred Hugenberg, along with several other industrialists and businessmen convinced Hindenburg to bring in outsiders. Adolf Hitler and NSDAP.

For his role in bringing Hitler to power, Franz von Papen war tried by International Military Tribunal – but acquitted. Acquitted because he did not have much choice – and neither did President Hindenburg.

In January 1933, Germany faced genuinely existential threats, problems and challenges. It needed to get itself out of Great Depression; radically reduce unemployment, achieve fast economic growth, protect itself from the existential threat of Bolshevism – and return territories taken away by Versailles criminals.

To make it happen, Germany had to restore it political, economic and military might – and to make that happen they needed the political and government system that would work – and work efficiently towards those objectives.

And the workable system at that time needed the leader and the stateman at the helm – and his Party. At that time, there was no alternative to Adolf Hitler and his NSDAP – so President Hindenburg used his power to appoint Hitler Chancellor of Germany on January 30, 1933.

In brokering the appointment of Hitler as Reich Chancellor, Papen had sought to control Hitler (he failed) by limiting the number of Nazi ministers in the cabinet; initially Hermann Göring (without portfolio) and Wilhelm Frick (Interior) were the only Nazi ministers.

Further, Alfred Hugenberg, the head of the DNVP, was enticed into joining the cabinet by being given the Economic and Agricultural portfolios for both the Reich and Prussia, with the expectation that Hugenberg would be a counterweight to Hitler and would be useful in controlling him (he failed).

Of other significant ministers in the initial cabinet, Foreign Minister Konstantin von Neurath was a holdover from the previous administration, as were Finance Minister Lutz Graf Schwerin von Krosigk, Post and Transport Minister Paul Freiherr von Eltz-Rübenach, and Justice Minister Franz Gürtner.

The cabinet was “presidential” and not “parliamentary”, in that it governed on the basis of emergency powers granted to the President in Article 48 of the Weimar Constitution rather than through a majority vote in the Reichstag.

This had been the basis for Weimar cabinets since Hindenburg’s appointment of Heinrich Brüning as Chancellor in March 1930 so there was nothing new here. This appointment was a huge success because Hitler and his NSDAP pretty much solved all abovementioned problems.

However, Hindenburg brought to power the individual both willing and able to make Germany Judenrein – at all costs. This creating a major slab in the stack that ultimately launched the “Holocaust Avalanche” that took away four million Jewish lives.

Hitler Got Real Power Only with Reichstag Fire Decree

Post by RolandVT »

Contrary to almost universal misconception, in Weimar republic little has changed after Adolf Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Germany – hence few were alarmed (most of the Jews were not).

True, Adolf Hitler was both willing and capable of solving existential problems that Germany faced: get itself out of Great Depression; radically reduce unemployment, achieve fast economic growth, protect itself from the existential threat of Bolshevism – and return territories taken away by Versailles criminals.

It was also true that he was willing and capable of transforming Weimar republic into a totalitarian Nazi dictatorship (and of making Germany Judenrein – at all costs). However, in Weimar republic he simply did not have enough power to accomplish any of the Reichstag Fire Decree – or even to start the ball rolling.

In January 1933, NSDAP had just 196 seats out of 594 in Reichstag (33.6%) and only three out of thirteen members of German government were NSDAP. Hence, just about everyone (incorrectly) believed that Hitler’s was just another caretaker government that will last only until the next national elections scheduled on March 5, 1933. After the elections, he will be gone – most likely, never to return.

It was not to be. Hitler got this power exactly one month after he became Chancellor – on February 28, 1933 when the (in)famous Reichstag Fire Decree was issued by German President Paul von Hindenburg.

Officially the Decree of the Reich President for the Protection of People and State, nullified many of the key civil liberties of German citizens. With the Nazis in powerful positions in the German government (Göring was President of Reichstag and Prussian Minister of Interior and Frick had the same position for the whole Germany), the decree was used as the legal basis for the imprisonment of anyone considered to be opponents of the Nazis, and to suppress publications not considered “friendly” to the Nazi cause.

Hence, the Reichstag Fire Decree is rightfully considered by historians as one of the key steps in transformation of Weimar republic into National-Socialist dictatorship (which was completed in August of 1934 when Hitler became Führer). And, of course, one of the key steps on the Road to Holocaust – and a heavy slab in the “stack of slabs” that triggered the “Holocaust Avalanche” that killed four million Jews.

Goering used his power as Prussian Minister of Interior to arrest and detain dozens of Communists within hours of Reichstag Fire. His actions were not exactly legal, so he immediately started looking ways to make them legal.

Ludwig Grauert, the chief of the Prussian state police, proposed an emergency presidential decree under Article 48 of the Weimar Constitution, which gave the president the power to take any measure necessary to protect public safety without the consent of the Reichstag (in reality, Weimar republic was not exactly a democracy – it was closer to authoritarian state).

The decree would have suspended most civil liberties under the pretense of preventing further Communist violence. Justice Minister Franz Gürtner, a member of the Nazis’ coalition partner, the German National People’s Party (DNVP), had actually brought a draft decree before the cabinet on the afternoon of 27 February – right before the fire.

After the Fire Decree was issued, the police – now controlled by Hitler’s Nazi Party – made mass arrests of communists, including all of the communist Reichstag delegates. This severely crippled communist participation in the March elections. After the elections, the absence of the communists allowed NSDAP to expand their plurality in the Reichstag, greatly assisting the Nazi seizure of power in Germany.

When the proposed decree was brought before the Reich Cabinet, Interior Minister Wilhelm Frick, the only Nazi in the cabinet who had a portfolio, added a clause that would allow the cabinet to take over the state governments if they failed to maintain order – a key step to establishing a totalitarian state.

Notably, the cabinet would have been allowed to do this on its own authority (without Reichstag consent). Frick was well aware that the Interior portfolio had been given to the Nazis because it was almost powerless; unlike his counterparts in the rest of Europe, he had no power over the police. He saw a chance to extend his power over the states and thus begin the process of Nazifying the country.

At an emergency cabinet meeting, Hitler declared that the fire now made it a matter of “ruthless confrontation of the KPD”—a confrontation that could not be “made dependent on judicial considerations.” Though Vice Chancellor Franz von Papen objected to the clause giving the Reich cabinet the power to take over the state governments if necessary, the decree was approved. Shortly thereafter, President von Hindenburg signed the decree into law.[3]

The decree was short – it consisted of just six articles. Article 1 indefinitely suspended most civil liberties guaranteed by Weimar Constitution, including habeas corpus, inviolability of residence, secrecy of the post and telephone, freedom of expression and of the press, the right to public assembly, and the right of free association, as well as the protection of property and the home.

Articles 2 and 3 allowed the Reich government to assume powers normally reserved for the federal states. Articles 4 and 5 established draconian penalties for certain offenses, including the death penalty for arson to public buildings. Article 6 simply stated that the decree took effect on the day of its proclamation.

The decree was not accompanied by any written guidelines from the Reich government; this omission gave wide latitude in interpreting the decree to Nazis like Göring, who as Prussian interior minister was the commander of the largest police force in Germany.

The Länder (German states) not yet in the Nazis’ grasp largely restricted themselves to banning the Communist press, Communist meetings and demonstrations, and detaining leading KPD officials.

In Prussia, however, summary arrests of KPD leaders were common, thousands were imprisoned in the days following the fire, and the total number of arrests in Prussia on the basis of the Reichstag Fire Decree in the two weeks following 28 February is believed to be in the vicinity of 10,000.

Göring had actually employed such tactics even before the decree, only to have them thrown out by the courts – a check that no longer had any effect with the decree in place.

Within two weeks of the Reichstag Fire Decree taking effect, Reich Commissars were sent out to take over the other states; the heavy-handed repression that was occurring in Prussia quickly spread to the rest of the Reich.

Despite the virulent rhetoric directed against the Communists, the Nazis did not formally ban the KPD right away. Not only did they fear a violent uprising, but they hoped the KPD’s presence on the ballot would siphon off votes from the Social Democratic Party (SPD).

However, while the KPD managed to win 81 seats, it was an open secret that the KPD deputies would never be allowed to take their seats; they were thrown in jail as quickly as the police could track them down. Increasingly, the courts treated KPD membership as an act of treason. Thus, for all intents and purposes, the KPD was banned as of 6 March, the day after the election.

The first report of the fire came shortly after 9:00 p.m. on February 27, when a Berlin fire station received an alarm call. By the time police and firefighters arrived, the structure was engulfed in flames. The police conducted a thorough search inside the building and found Marinus Van der Lubbe, who was arrested.

Both Nazis and their enemies immediately used the fire for their political purposes. Nazis claimed that Communists were behind the fire (which made sense because van der Lubbe was a Dutch communist); their enemies claimed that the Nazis did it.

Neither was true – the independent impartial investigation by Berlin police and fire department proved beyond the reasonable doubt that Van der Lubbe acted alone (he was clinically insane pyromaniac with long history of arsons).

However, given the critical role of Reichstag Fire in establishing National-Socialist dictatorship in Germany (for starters, it saved Hitler from political oblivion), it is highly likely that Van der Lubbe was skillfully manipulated by hypnotists (most likely, associated by then-defunct Thule Society) to achieve exactly what was achieved as the result of the fire.

President Hindenburg hated Communists; van der Lubbe was a Communist; he was guilty beyond the reasonable doubt of setting Reichstag on fire… so Hindenburg needed no convincing to believe that the Communists were behind it all and the only way to save Germany from being destroyed by them was to give Hitler and NSDAP emergency powers. Which he did – with Reichstag Fire Decree.

German courts, however, were not convinced – as there were no evidence that KPD (German Communist Party) had anything to do with the fire. Neither had the defendants in the famous Leipzig Trial (although it was held mostly in Berlin).

On 9 March 1933 the Prussian state police arrested Bulgarians Georgi Dimitrov, Vasil Tanev, and Blagoy Popov, who were known Comintern operatives (though the police did not know it then, Dimitrov was head of all Comintern operations in Western Europe). Ernst Torgler, head of the Communist Party, had surrendered to police on 28 February.

Van der Lubbe and the four communists were the defendants in a trial that started in September 1933. It ended in the acquittal of the four communists and the conviction of Van der Lubbe, who was then guillotined.

On the basis of Article 48, Section 2, of the German Constitution, the following is decreed as a defensive measure against Communist acts of violence that endanger the state:

§ 1

Articles 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124, and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. Thus, restrictions on personal liberty, on the right of free expression of opinion, including freedom of the press, on the right of assembly and the right of association, and violations of the privacy of postal, telegraphic, and telephonic communications, and warrants for house searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property are permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed.

§ 4

Whoever provokes, appeals for, or incites the disobedience of the orders given out by the supreme state authorities or the authorities subject to them for the execution of this decree, or the orders given by the Reich government according to § 2, can be punished – insofar as the deed is not covered by other decrees with more severe punishments – with imprisonment of not less than one month, or with a fine from 150 to 15,000 Reichsmarks.

Whoever endangers human life by violating § 1 is to be punished by sentence to a penitentiary, under mitigating circumstances with imprisonment of not less than six months and, when the violation causes the death of a person, with death, under mitigating circumstances with a penitentiary sentence of not less than two years. In addition, the sentence may include the confiscation of property.

Whoever provokes or incites an act contrary to the public welfare is to be punished with a penitentiary sentence, under mitigating circumstances, with imprisonment of not less than three months.

Insofar as a more severe punishment has not been previously provided for, the following are punishable with death or with life imprisonment or with imprisonment not to exceed 15 years:

1. Anyone who undertakes to kill the Reich President or a member or a commissioner of the Reich government or of a state government, or provokes such a killing, or agrees to commit it, or accepts such an offer, or conspires with another for such a murder;

2. Anyone who under Section 115, paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code (serious rioting) or of Section 125, paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code (serious disturbance of the peace) commits these acts with arms or cooperates consciously and intentionally with an armed person;

Mein Kampf Was a Judeophobic Manifesto

Post by RolandVT »

Some historians believe that Mein Kampf was written not by one author, but by three: Adolf Hitler, Rudolf Hess and an enigmatic and mysterious priest Father Bernhard Stempfle.

I am not sure about that but this “National-Socialist Bible” surely looks like it was written by more than one person: there are parts that make a lot of sense; there are ones that make some sense – and there are parts that make no sense at all.

The latter refers to everything written about the Jews in that book. One of the main theses in the book is the concept of “the Jewish peril”, by which the author means global Jewish conspiracy to take over the whole world – Protocols-style (Adolf Hitler was a firm believer of the authenticity of “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” – and so were Rudolf Hess and Bernhard Stempfle).

More specifically, the author believed that there were two fundamental, existential evils in this world: communism (very true) and Judaism (not true at all). The author blamed Germany’s chief woes on Social Democrats, as well as Marxists, though he believed that Marxists, Social Democrats, and the Weimar parliament were all working for “Jewish interests”. None of these statements was true, of course.

Although the actual decision to begin serial mass murder of Jews was approved by Adolf Hitler sometime in early April of 1941, several passages in Mein Kampf (written in 1924-25) are undeniably of a genocidal nature. The author stated that international poisoners of German souls (meaning the Jews, of course) must be exterminated – physically, it appears. He also suggested that

if at the beginning of the war and during the war twelve or fifteen thousand of Hebrew corrupters of the nation had been subjected to poison gas, such as had to be endured in the field by hundreds of thousands of our very best German workers… then the sacrifice of millions at the front would not have been in vain

Twenty years later, serial mass murder of Jews will be done mostly by poison gas.

Hitler stated that the destruction of the weak and sick is far more humane than their protection. Apart from this allusion to humane treatment, Hitler saw a purpose in destroying “the weak” in order to provide the proper space and purity for the “strong”.

Which obviously formed the ideological basis for Aktion T4 – the involuntary euthanasia program (another serial mass murder committed by Nazis). Mein Kampf was intended to be the key tool for indoctrination of German population and Nazi activists; hence, it van rightfully be viewed as a key step on the Road to Holocaust – and a heavy slab in the “slab stack” in “Holocaust Avalanche”.

The SS Were the Secular Reincarnation of Teutonic Order

Post by RolandVT »

The Holocaust was such a monstrous (in many aspects) project that its implementation could have been done only by a genuinely monstrous (ditto) organization. Organization that would have viewed this serial mass murder as a genuine crusade – a quasi-religious existential war. The Holy War.

Unfortunately for the Jews in territories under German control, such an organization existed. It was the SS. Schutzstaffel. The Protection Squads – guardians of NSDAP (initially) and of the whole Führerstaat (ultimately).

However, the SS were much, much more than that. Essentially, the SS were the XX-century secular (on some aspects, neo-pagan) reincarnation of Teutonic Order – a Catholic (both Himmler and Hitler were Roman Catholics) military-religious order of knights (the SS even had the same colors – black and white).

The parallels (and thus the reincarnation) were obvious. Teutonic Knights were formed to protect the Catholic Church in the Holy Land and the Outremer (the Crusader States there).

Teutonic Order was the key military force in so-called Northern Crusades (Baltic Crusades) were Christianization campaigns undertaken by Catholic Christian military orders and kingdoms, primarily against the pagan Baltic, Finnic and West Slavic peoples around the southern and eastern shores of the Baltic Sea.

Those crusades had two primary objectives: (1) to obtain the “living space” for the Germans in the East – these were very much colonial wars and the Teutonic Order was a German military order; and (2) establish the Catholic rule over those territories. By any and all means necessary. Including genocide – the whole nation (meaning people) of Old Prussians – or simply Prussians – ceased to exist.

Teutonic Order was unique among catholic military-religious orders because it had its own state – Ordensstaat. The State of the Teutonic Order was a theocratic state located along the southeastern shore of the Baltic Sea in northern Europe.

It was formed by the knights of the Teutonic Order in 1237 and existed for more than three hundred years. Its spiritual capital was Rome (obviously) and its administrative capital was initially Marienburg (currently in Poland) and then Königsberg (currently in Russia).

The SS was initially formed to protect NSDAP and its Führer Adolf Hitler and ultimately became the security/protection service for all Führerstaat – including political, criminal and order police, domestic and foreign intelligence and even its own armed forces – Waffen-SS (ultimately more than million-strong).

However, the SS was much, much more than that – it was for all practical purposed “a state within a state” which controlled a substantial chunk of German economy… and had two capitals. Administrative – in Berlin; and spiritual – in Wewelsburg.

Like the Teutonic Order hundreds of years earlier, the SS viewed itself as the primary force for “pacifying” the Lebensraum for Germans in the East (in Poland) and for establishing and protecting the National-Socialist rule there. By any and all means necessary. Including genocide – the whole Jewish nation was to be exterminated (the non-Jewish locals were a different story entirely).

Hence, there is no surprise at all that the SS became the primary agency that implemented the murderous “Holocaust project”. RSHA (part of the SS) and its boss Reinhard Heydrich were officially put in charge of finding and implementing the “final solution to the Jewish question”.

Einsatzgruppen and Order Police battalions implemented the “Holocaust by Bullets” (the latter assisted in the “Holocaust by Gas” as well). WVHA built and operated death factories (killing centers). RuSHA – SS Race and Settlement Main Office – was heavily involved in ethnic cleansing of occupied territories (there was even a special “RuSHA trial” after the war).

Many officials outside of the SS structure who provided assistance to the “Holocaust Project” were members of the SS. Head of the Foreign Office Joachim von Ribbentrop was SS-Obergruppenführer – full SS general. Nine out of 15 attendees of Wannsee Conference were SS officers or generals.

Officially, the SS was founded on November 1925 (the second anniversary of the Beer Hall Putsch). Ironically, it barely survived the first two years of its existence. Between 1925 and 1929, the SS was considered to be a small battalion of the SA.

Except in the Munich area, the SS was unable to maintain any momentum in its membership numbers, which declined from 1,000 to 280 as the SA continued its rapid growth. To put it simply, no one was interested in that murky outfit.

Things radically changed for the better when Heinrich Himmler became deputy SS-Reichsfuhrer in September 1927. He came up with a plan (developed most likely by former members of Thule Society as Himmler showed no capability of the kind required for such a feat) to transform the SS into a “Black Order” in NSDAP.

Hitler approved – and Himmler assumed the position of Reichsführer-SS in January 1929. His ultimate aim was to turn the SS into the most powerful organization in Germany – in which he succeeded. Rumors were that he wanted to transform Germany into SS-Staat (getting rid of Hitler in the process). Unsuccessfully.

Holodomor Genocide Scared the Hell out of Nazis

Post by RolandVT »

Holodomor of 1932-33 in the Soviet Union (mostly in Ukraine) literally scared the Hell out of National-Socialists. Because eight years later they unleashed a very real Hell on those that they believed to be responsible for this horror – the Jews.

The Holodomor (Ukrainian Famine) was a mass famine in Soviet Ukraine from 1932 to 1933 that killed over two million of Ukrainians (death toll was half of the Holocaust). The Holodomor was part of the wider Soviet famine of 1930–1933 which affected the major grain-producing areas of the Soviet Union.

While most scholars are in consensus that the main cause of the famine was largely man-made, it remains in dispute whether the Holodomor was intentional and whether it was directed at Ukrainians and whether it constitutes a genocide.

Actually, there is nothing to dispute – if you take into account a broader historical context of 1928-33 in both Soviet agriculture and Soviet politics in general. Those were years of so-called “collectivization”.

The fundamental objective of collectivization was cut and dry, plain and simple: to establish a total control by the Bolshevist party and the Bolshevist state over the whole agricultural production in the Soviet Union.

Total control was needed because Stalin was hell-bent (literally) on conquering continental Europe. To make it happen, he needed to build a gargantuan military-industrial complex – buying everything he needed from “useful idiots” in the West. Buying mostly for grain – just as the Russian Empire has been doing for centuries.

To buy everything he needed, Stalin had to sell whatever the amount he needed to sell – so he had to control all agricultural production in the country. His “industrialization” project was so grandiose that it could have been financed only by literally starving millions of Russian peasants to death.

Deliberately starving – so Holodomor was, indeed, a genocide (peasants were murdered for who they were – owners of grain); not for what they did. In addition, Stalin wanted to eliminate all possible resistance to his diabolical policies – and his “Hunger Plan” was a perfect tool to make it happen.

Nazis were scared shitless because if Stalin starved to death millions of his own, he would definitely starve to death millions of Germans – if he ever conquers Germany. This issue was especially sensitive to Germans who suffered over a million deaths due to Blockade of Germany instituted by the British.

It was no secret that OGPU played a key role in Holodomor and collectivization. At the time, its chief was Yagoda – a Jew; so, for the Nazis it was a Jewish conspiracy.

Enabling Act of 1933 Did Away with Reichstag

Post by RolandVT »

Gargantuan murderous “Holocaust Project” could have been implemented under almost impenetrable veil of secrecy – otherwise joint actions by the outraged Christian Church (Catholic and Lutheran) and no less outraged general public would have sunk it – just as they sunk Aktion T4 (forced euthanasia).

Creating and maintaining such a veil of secrecy in a parliamentary republic was not possible – cut and dry, plain and simple. Hence, the Enabling Act of 1933 that for all practical purposes did away with German Reichstag (and the whole parliamentary republic) was a major step on the Road to Holocaust – and a heavy slab in the “stack of slabs” that triggered the “Holocaust Avalanche”.

The Enabling Act of 1933 (officially Law to Remedy the Distress of People and Reich), passed by the German Parliament on March 23, 1933 and signed into law by President Hindenburg on the same day, had an entirely different objective.

The situation in Germany was so dire that to bring it to some semblance of normality (let alone solve the existential problems facing Germany), it was necessary to essentially declare the state of emergency – giving all power to the government headed by Adolf Hitler (the only one who could do the job).

The Enabling Act gave the German Cabinet – most importantly, the Chancellor – the power to make and enforce laws without the involvement of the Reichstag or President Paul von Hindenburg. Making the German parliament redundant.

And thus made the second step (after the Reichstag Fire Decree) in transition from the democratic Weimar Republic to the totalitarian dictatorship of Nazi Germany. To the Third Reich. To Fuhrerstaat.

It was not the last step – the last one was made on August 2, 1934. On that day, German President Paul von Hindenburg died, clearing the way for Adolf Hitler to become Germany’s head of state with the title of Führer und Reichskanzler (leader and Chancellor of the German Reich). The Reichskanzler was eventually dropped.

This transformation was made possible by the Law Concerning the Head of State of the German Reich enacted by German cabinet (i.e., by Adolf Hitler). This law stated that upon Hindenburg’s death, the office of president would be abolished, and its powers merged with those of the chancellor.

The Enabling Act essentially declared state of emergency – initially for four years. It was renewed twice, first in 1937 and then in 1941. Its renewal by Reichstag was assured because all parties except NSDAP were banned.

Dachau Was the Foundation for SS Death Factories

Post by RolandVT »

Contrary to a common misconception (and to the song by Sabaton), Dachau was not a death camp. However, it became the foundation for the system of KL (SS concentration camps) that produced dedicated death factories in Chelmno, Belzec, Sobibor and Treblinka and built killing centers in Auschwitz and Majdanek.

And thus, a major step in the Road to Holocaust – and a major slab in the “stack of slabs” that launched the “Holocaust Avalanche” that killed four million Jews.

Contrary to another popular misconception, concentration camps were invented in 1860s by the Spanish who used it in their colonial war in Cuba to detain Cuban civilians in camps in order to more easily combat guerrilla forces. It did not help much – the Ten Years’ War ended in a draw in 1878.

Over the following decades the British during the Second Boer War and the Americans during the Philippine–American War also used concentration camps. This time successfully – both the British and the Americans won. The Bolsheviks created their version of KL during the Civil War of 1918-22 – and these concentration camps became the starting point for Dachau and other SS KL.

Dachau was the first “official” Nazi (SS) concentration camp – it was opened on March 22, 1933 (one day prior to passing of the Enabling Act) and was liberated by U.S. Army on April 29, 1945. In the postwar years, the Dachau facility served to hold SS personnel awaiting trial.

Initially, Dachau was a “classic” KL – it was intended to intern Hitler’s political opponents, which consisted of communists, social democrats, and other dissidents. However, not only to detain, but to “reprogram” into ardent Nazis. The latter part brought mixed results.

Dachau was located on the grounds of an abandoned munitions factory northeast of the medieval town of Dachau, about 16 km northwest of Munich in the state of Bavaria, in southern Germany.

Subsequently, it was transformed into a labor camp; its network grew to include nearly 100 sub-camps, which were mostly work camps or Arbeitskommandos, and were located throughout southern Germany and neighboring Austria.

Dachau served as a prototype and model for the other German concentration camps (including Auschwitz-Birkenau and Majdanek). This model was created by (in)famous Theodor Eicke – the second commandant of the Dachau concentration camp from June 1933 to July 1934. He continued to expand and develop the concentration camp system as the first Concentration Camps Inspector.

Specifically, he created the (in)famous SS-Totenkopfverbände (SS-TV) responsible for administering the Nazi concentration camps and SS death factories. The SS-TV was an independent unit within the SS, with its own command structure. It ran the camps throughout Germany and later in occupied Europe.

Eicke established draconian guarding provisions, which included rigid discipline, total obedience to orders, and tightening disciplinary and punishment regulations for detainees. He issued the Postenpflicht order which required guards to shoot prisoners who engaged in resistance or escape attempts, without warning.

Uniforms were issued for prisoners and guards alike, and it was Eicke who introduced the infamous blue and white striped pajamas that came to symbolize the Nazi concentration camps across Europe. All regulations for SS-run camps, both for guards and prisoners, followed the model established by Eicke at the Dachau camp.

Shortly after the Night of the Long Knives (Eicke personally shot SA commander Ernst Röhm); on July 4, 1934, Himmler officially named Eicke chief of the Concentration Camps Inspectorate (CCI).

Except for the admittance and release of concentration camp prisoners, which the Gestapo handled (later as department of the RSHA), the CCI had sole control over the prisoners.

The CCI made all decisions regarding internal camp matters. The CCI also coordinated the operations for systematic murder in other SS divisions, for example Aktion T4 and Action 14f13. Auschwitz-Birkenau and Majdanek concentration camps were under the CCI (including their killing centers).

Jewish Boycott of Nazi Germany Was Murderous

Post by RolandVT »

Potentially murderous for German economy (though not necessarily for Nazi regime) – and literally murderous for millions of Jews who ten years later perished in the Holocaust.

The road to Hell is not always paved with good intentions… but the boycotters did pave with their good and noble intentions the road to a genuine Hell for European and Soviet Union.

The genuine Hell of “Holocaust by Bullets”; of Auschwitz and Majdanek; of Chelmno and Belzec; of Sobibor and Treblinka and of hundreds and thousands of Jewish ghettos set up by Nazis and their allies in Europe.

Jewish economic boycott of Nazi Germany paved the way to this genuine Hell because it was potentially murderous not for Nazi regime (that was questionable) but for German economy already suffering greatly from Great Depression.

This irrefutable fact proved to the Nazis beyond the reasonable (for them) doubt that there was, indeed, a global Jewish conspiracy (boycott was global in scope) aimed at destroying Germany.

Boycott was often worded in such a way that it could have been easily perceived that Jews declared war on Germany (not on the Nazis, but on Germany). An existential racial war.

This perception was (intentionally or not – there is still some dispute) by the Daily Express, a right-wing British newspaper, ran a headline on 24 March 1933 stating that “Judea Declares War on Germany“. Meaning the “global Jewry”, of course.

The Nazis ultimately sincerely (and erroneously) believed that to win this existential war (that with their boycott the Jews declared on them – not the other way around) they had to kill all Jews – men, women, children and the elderly. Which created the firm ideological foundation for the Holocaust.

The Jews declared war on Germany (not the other way around) because their boycott began in March of 1933 – a month prior to the first anti-Jewish law was enacted in (now National-Socialist) Germany: Law for the Restoration of the Professional Civil Service which made Jews “undesirable civil servants” and provided for their dismissal from government service.

True, there was some harassment of Jews by Judeophobic activists (placing and throwing stink bombs, picketing, shopper intimidation, humiliation and assaults on the Jews) almost from the very first days after Adolf Hitler became Chancellor – but these were not instigated by either NSDAP, SA, SS or National-Socialist government. It was pure rage of “ordinary Germans” – plain and simple.

Actually, these actions were frowned upon by none other than Adolf Hitler himself who 14 years prior, in his (in)famous Gemlich letter stated his firm opposition to pogroms or any other anti-Jewish actions by general public.

Head of Prussian police Hermann Göring did state that “I shall employ the police, and without mercy, wherever German people are hurt, but I refuse to turn the police into a guard for Jewish stores” – but only because he and other top Nazis (for obvious reasons) did not want to be perceived as Jews-friendly.

In his opinion (not humble at all) these actions must be left to the government and should proceed in an orderly, well-planned manner. Which led to the “final solution of Jewish question” by means of “Holocaust by Bullets”, “Holocaust by Gas” and “extermination through labor”.

Thus, global Jewish anti-Nazi boycott was essentially a pre-emptive strike by Jewish (and other anti-Nazi) activists aimed at preventing National-Socialist government in Germany from enacting anti-Jewish legislation (ideally, it should have forced the Nazis out of power in Germany).

It failed on both counts – and only became a major step on the Road to Holocaust and a heavy slab in the “stack of slabs” that in summer of 1941 triggered the “Holocaust Avalanche” that killed four million Jews.

It is very important that, although the boycott was (predictably) spearheaded by some Jewish organizations but opposed by others. Namely by those who were smart and knowledgeable enough to understand that (1) the boycott will NOT achieve any of its objectives; and (2) it will hurt precisely those that it was supposed to help. They could not have even imagined how much it would hurt them…

Not surprisingly, the boycott was fervently opposed by the ones the most knowledgeable of the reality of the situation: the Jews of Germany (it appears that fanatical boycotters did not bother to take their opinion into account at all).

The Central Jewish Association of Germany issued a statement of support for the regime (which made no difference at all) and stated that “the responsible government authorities are unaware of the threatening situation“.

It was not true; while the Nazi government did not support spontaneous anti-Jewish violence by ordinary Germans (because of Hitler’s position of the matter), it did not see it as a serious issue – and thus did not interfere (remaining neutral).

The statement further stated that: “we do not believe our German fellow citizens will let themselves be carried away into committing excesses against the Jews.” In that, they were mostly correct – the overwhelming bulk of anti-Jewish actions were committed by German government – not by ordinary folks.

Prominent Jewish business leaders wrote letters in support of the Nazi regime calling on officials in the Jewish community in Palestine, as well as Jewish organizations abroad, to drop their efforts in organizing an economic boycott. Neither helped much. The Association of German National Jews, a marginal group that had supported Hitler in his early years, also argued against the Jewish boycott of German goods.

Actually, the Zionists mostly supported Hitler and Nazi persecution of Jews because they sincerely believed that it would force the Jews to emigrate to Palestine (which was the essence of Zionism) – and for the British to accept them. Ultimately, they were mostly right on both counts… at the cost of 4 million Jews.

In Britain the movement to boycott German goods was opposed by the conservative Board of Deputies of British Jews. In the United States a boycott committee was established by the American Jewish Congress (AJC), with B’nai B’rith and the American Jewish Committee abstaining.

At that point, they were in agreement that further public protests might harm the Jews of Germany – which was a correct assessment (again, they had no idea about the extent of that harm).

The boycott proper commenced in March 1933 (i.e., prior to the first anti-Jewish actions by the Nazi Government) in both Europe and the US and continued until the entry of the US into the war on December 7, 1941.

It caused a lot of harm to Germany – and no political harm to the Nazis. On the contrary – it increased the public support for Adolf Hitler and his regime (“finally, someone has the guts to stand up against those filthy Jews”).

German imports to the US were reduced by nearly a quarter compared with the prior year, and the impact was weighing heavily on the regime. Joseph Goebbels expressed that it was a cause for “much concern” at the first Nuremberg party rally that August.

German pharmaceutical companies were particularly hit hard when nearly two-thirds of the 652 practicing Jewish doctors in Mandatory Palestine stopped prescribing German medicines.

However, Zionists (strategic allies of the Nazis – politics makes strange bedfellows) pretty much spoiled everything. They brokered the now-famous Haavara Agreement with Germany to open trade in exchange for letting German Jews emigrate to Palestine.

When German emigrants arrived in Palestine, they would receive a portion of their capital in the form of goods and the rest in pounds sterling (obtained by the proceeds from their purchase of German goods and their subsequent sale in Palestine).

The benefits for both sides were numerous. First, the agreement would drastically increase German Jewish emigration, fulfilling a central plank of the Nazi Party platform. It would also further the goals of the Zionists, who could help populate Palestine with prosperous immigrants whose money could vastly improve the struggling economy.

Likewise, the capital purchases of German imports became a boon for the depression-ravaged German economy at a time when the Nazi regime had promised to return the Reich to economic prosperity.

In a propaganda response to global Jewish boycott of German goods, Hitler’s government organized a symbolic boycott of Jewish stores in Germany. Propaganda Minister Goebbels announced a one-day boycott of Jewish businesses in Germany of his own to take place on April 1, 1933, which would be lifted if anti-Nazi protests were suspended (they were not).

This was the German government’s first and only officially sanctioned anti-Jewish boycott. If the protests did not cease, Goebbels warned that “the boycott will be resumed… until German Jewry has been annihilated“. The protests did no cease – and the German Jewry was all but annihilated in the Holocaust.

The Jewish boycott of German goods was a dismal failure. It did not prevent Hitler from achieving any of its goals – and only increased the public support for Nazi regime (and for persecution of Jews).

The Haavara Agreement, together with German rearmament and lessened dependence on trade with the West (Stalin’s USSR helped a lot), had by 1937 largely negated the effects of the Jewish boycott on Germany. The boycott was not successful in ending the harassment of Jews in Germany either, which instead continued to build towards the “final solution of the Jewish question”.
